Hugo field guide

How do you log in to Hugo Hub, and who do you talk to about changes?

Hugo Hub is where every Compass agent checks in on their ads, their receipts, and their seller's engagement in one spot. This guide covers exactly where to log in and who to contact when something needs to change.

The short answer

Log in at Hugo Hub.workwithhugo.com, then use HugoBot or Hugo's team for changes

Log in at Hugo Hub.workwithhugo.com using the same email tied to your packages. Once you're in, you'll see every set of ads running on your listings, the Traffic Report link plus how many times your seller has opened it, your receipts, the Renew button, your past change requests, and Hugo's guides. New listing ads start with HugoBot. Anything else, a change to something already live, a billing question, a login problem, goes to helpme@workwithhugo.com or a text to (737) 239-8003.

Where Hugo Hub lives and what's inside

Hugo Hub lives at  hub.workwithhugo.com. You log in there with the same email you used when you set up your packages, no separate account to create. Once you're logged in, you'll find every set of ads running across your listings in one place, not scattered across old emails. You'll also see the Traffic Report link for each listing along with how many times your seller has actually opened it, so you know if they're paying attention before you bring it up. Your receipts sit there too, so you're not digging through your inbox come tax season. The Renew button lives inside Hugo Hub for packages you want to keep running, and so does a record of your past change requests, so you can see what you already asked for and when. Hugo's guides are in there as well, for whenever you want to check a detail without emailing anyone.

Who to talk to about changes

For new listing ads, you start with HugoBot, not Hugo Hub itself. HugoBot walks you through picking a tier and setting up the order. If HugoBot gets stuck partway through, it hands you a snag code instead of leaving you guessing. Hold onto that code and send it along when you reach out, it tells Hugo's team exactly where things stopped. For everything that isn't a brand-new listing ad order, a change to a package already running, a billing question, trouble logging into Hugo Hub, a question about a brand package, you skip HugoBot entirely and go straight to helpme@workwithhugo.com or text (737) 239-8003. Same team, same response either way, so pick whichever is faster for you in the moment.

Who do I email if I need to change something on a listing ad that's already running?

Email helpme@workwithhugo.com. That inbox covers anything outside a brand-new listing ad order: swapped photos, a paused package, a receipt question, a login reset. It's a person reading it, not an automated queue. One inbox, one answer back.

Is there a faster way to reach Hugo than email?

Texting works just as well. You can text (737) 239-8003 for the same range of requests, billing, login trouble, a change to a live package, and it reaches the same team that reads the email inbox. No separate hold line, no routing. A real person texts you back.
